Riehl plied her trade at Penn State logging 8,847 minutes, an All-Time NCAA record. She was then drafted 11th overall by Sky Blue FC in 2020 and was sent on loan to Paris FC where she recorded 8 appearances. Upon arriving back in the states, she moved to Racing Louisville FC by way of the Expansion Draft in 2021. Riehl would move the next year to San Diego Wave FC, and then finally to Utah Royals FC in 2023. Riehl helped headline one of the league’s best defenses which gave up the second least amount of goals during the 2023 NWSL Regular Season (22) and the least amount of expected goals against (23.6). In her premier season with URFC Riehl made 14 appearances on the back line. Completing 90% of her passes and recording one assist, Reihl provided the Royals with an underrated offensive presence building out of the back.
