Career Summary

Born in Maryland, Dorsey represented the Duke Blue Devils during her college career where she would go on to have one of the greatest collegiate careers in Duke history. The talented forward went on to win many accolades including 2017 ACC Offensive Player of the Year, 2017 United Coaches National Athlete Scholar of the Year, 2017 All-American, 2017 Mac Hermann Semi-finalist and more. Drafted 5th overall by Sky Blue FC (Gotham FC), she became the first Blue Devil to win Rookie of the Year. Dorsey recorded 72 regular season appearances across four seasons with Sky Blue/Gotham. In 2023, Dorsey decided to step away from soccer to focus on her mental health but has since returned to action and is an ambassador for Athlete Ally as well as being a founding board member of the Black Women's Players Collective (BWPC). Starting in URFC’s inaugural match Dorsey’s season was cut short after rupturing her Achilles just before halftime of the 2-1 win a week later. Part of URFC’s 2024 leadership council, the outside back eyes a return this season.
