Career Summary

Amandine Henry, born in Lille,France joins Utah Royals from Angel City FC. She started her professional playing career at the age of 15 with French side FCF Henin-Beaumont. At age 18 she made the move to Lyon. She then made a move to the NWSL making 33 appearances over the 2017 and 2018 seasons for the Portland Thorns. Henry then returned to Lyon for a second stint ending with 219 overall appearances with the club. Henry made her French national team debut in 2009 and has never looked back, having made 102 international appearances and counting. She was recognized as the second best player at the 2015 FIFA Women’s World Cup receiving the Silver Ball.
