HERRIMAN, Utah (Thursday, April 11, 2024) – Utah Royals FC announce defender Imani Dorsey has been placed on the season-ending injury list.
Dorsey suffered a ruptured left achilles late in the first half of a 2-1 win over North Carolina Courage. Since the injury on March 22, 2024, Dorsey has undergone a successful surgery and is working closely with the Utah Royals medical staff for rehab.
Prior to the injury, Dorsey provided a huge role on the Royals back line, recording two starts and 134 minutes in the opening two games of the season.
