Celebrating Jeuneelle Jefferies, CEO of Boys & Girls Club of Northern Utah

Tonight, as part of the Women in Business Series, we are proud to honor Jeuneelle Jefferies, CEO of the nonprofit organization, Boys & Girls Club of Northern Utah. Jeuneelle has made a tremendous impact through her tireless dedication to serving the youth and families of her community.

Since taking on the role of CEO, Jeuneelle has dramatically expanded the reach and scope of the Boys & Girls Club’s services, ensuring that over 1,200 youth and their families benefit from a wide range of programs each year. From after-school programs and summer camps to STEM programs and various enrichment activities, Jeuneelle has spearheaded initiatives that foster education, creativity, and personal growth in Northern Utah.

At the core of her leadership is a steadfast belief in the power of community. Under her guidance, the Boys & Girls Club has adopted the mantra: "Every Kid Needs a Club"—a philosophy that drives Jeuneelle and her team in their ongoing mission to create a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for all children. She has never wavered in her commitment to ensuring that young people have access to the resources and opportunities they need to succeed in life.

One of Jeuneelle’s most ambitious projects to date has been her work toward establishing a community campus. This groundbreaking initiative, fueled by her determination and vision, aims to provide a central hub where youth and their families can access holistic services and opportunities under one roof. The community campus will be a place where education, recreation, and mentorship come together to offer unparalleled support to Northern Utah families.
