Real Monarchs SLC hosted Rio Grande Valley FC at Zions Bank Stadium during Week 13 as RSL Academy MF Richard Ledezma scored the winning goal in a 2-0 Monarchs victory. The goal was his first professional strike in his fifth appearance for the Monarchs this season to land himself on the United Soccer League’s Team of the Week. Ledezma's entrance as a first-half substitute ignited a spark in the match as his goal came just eight minutes after he stepped onto the pitch.
