Real Monarchs SLC FW Sebastian Velasquez earned himself a spot on the USL Team of the Week for Week 30 as he helped the Monarchs topple LA Galaxy II in the final regular season match of the year. With his goal on Saturday, Velasquez finished the regular season with nine goals and six assists, placing him second in goals and third in assists on the team this year.

“Velasquez scored what proved to be the game-winning goal for the Monarchs in a 2-1 win against the LA Galaxy II and completed 43 of 48 passes while winning 6 of 9 duels.”
