The number one overall pick in the 2023 draft hails from Massachusetts but played her college ball at the University of North Carolina. The former Tar Heel scored 21 goals in 48 matches while in Chapel Hill and was named 2023 ACC Midfielder of the Year, first-team All-ACC, and third-team All-American. Sentnor has represented the United States at the U17, U18, and U20 youth levels, before making her first senior cap in November 2024. Captaining the USYNT U-20 squad to a bronze medal in the 2024 U-20 Women's World Cup earning the Bronze Ball, Sentnor earned her first camp call up in the final FIFA window of the 2024 Calendar year, making her first senior cap at Wembley Stadium in a 0-0 draw against England.
