HERRIMAN, Utah (Saturday, September 11, 2021) – Real Salt Lake is set to travel to California to begin a series of back-to-back matches in the Golden State, first against Los Angeles FC on Sunday, September 12 at 8:30 p.m. MT and then against San Jose Earthquakes on Wednesday, September 15 at 8:30 p.m. MT.
The match will be broadcast live on KMYU and can be accessed locally via live stream on the KSL TV app and Twitter. ESPN700 will carry the English radio broadcast and Spanish-speaking fans can tune in on KBMG Latino 106.3, La Gran D 102.3 and KTUB 1600.

Against FC Dallas, Albert Rusnak added his sixth goal and fifth assist of the season, the second-most in both categories for Real Salt Lake. Rusnak is only bested by Damir Kreilach who has netted eight goals, and Aaron Herrera who has provided eight assists, the second-most in the league. Rusnak also leads the team in key passes (48), crosses (32), accurate passes forward (498) and minutes played (1,965).
Hitting a Hot Streak
Last weekend winger Jonathan Menéndez scored his first goal with Real Salt Lake and his first in Major League Soccer while tallying his fourth assist of the season. With his four assists, he is tied for the fourth-most on the team in just nine games played having spent 572 minutes on the pitch. Within his seven starts, RSL has scored 10 goals, five of which Menéndez has directly contributed to.
Connections: RSL traded the Homegrown rights to former RSL Academy product Bryce Duke to LAFC prior to the 2020 season.
