“We talked before the game, we need to approach the game with the right attitude, with the right mentality. It doesn't matter where the other team team is on the table, if they’re on the top or on the bottom, we have to get out and give the best that we have to get the three points.”
On keeping the momentum moving forward:
“Game by game. Now, we want to add tonight. It was a great result for us. That keeps us high on the table. We have a week to prepare to play in Tulsa, but game by game is the only way to keep the momentum going and to keep the team going.”

“It's my first professional goal. So all the excitement came out and that was the reason I celebrated the way I celebrated.”
On how he will keep this momentum going
“Well, hopefully the coaches keep trusting me and hopefully I keep getting a chance and just keep it going, to get goals and that’s part of my game, hopefully.”
On their ranking overall
“It says that we're here to fight. We're going to fight to the last minute no matter what the odds are. We're always going to look to come back. We all have that mentality as a team.”

On his performance with this shutout:
“My performance, I don't think I really had to do much. I think it was all the guys in front. We just managed the game really well from the starting whistle. We dominated in possession and it was our game to lose. If we were going to lose, we would have done it to ourselves by mistake by us not. Not really from anything they've done, but we're just really happy to get the win, three points and hopefully move up the table.”
On Real Monarchs moving up the standings:
“We finally have some of the younger guys starting to get it, we had a couple of guys sign from the academy and I think that professional levels just look a little different. It takes a little bit to acclimate to and everybody's mentality is we're going to make the playoffs and we're going to make a deep run into the playoffs.”
