Ridge Mahoney from Socceramerica.com pointed out in his recent write up that Yura Movsisyan is arriving to Salt Lake with a few changes that he will have to adjust to.
One would be the city. When Movsisyan left back in 2009, the Salt Lake valley wasn’t nearly as developed as it is now and the Armenian forward has taken notice. Even mentioning that when he arrived he got lost a couple times trying to find his hotel due to all the new development.
Movsisyan also comes at a time where there is a new owner and head coach in place for Real Salt Lake. He was familiar with former owner Dave Checketts and Head Coach Jason Kreis with his previous time here, now he will be working under Dell Loy Hansen and Jeff Cassar.
Movsisyan comes at a great time for Real Salt Lake. After losing a few key players the last couple months, he will be a big asset for RSL this upcoming season.
