On Thursday, MLSsoccer.com announced its Team of the Week for Week 33 of the regular season and Real Salt Lake’s Justin Meram was recognized for his two-assist contribution in Wednesday’s come-from-behind victory over FC Dallas.
Meram entered the match as a second half substitute in the 74th minute and was the catalyst the team needed to secure the crucial three points in Texas. His first assist came in the 80th minute when his cross was knocked home by Damir Kreilach while his second assist came in the 90th minute when his give-and-go with Albert Rusnák saw RSL’s captain smash home the game-winner from inside the area.
