Real Salt Lake was proud to announce Chris Fessler as their Season Ticket Member of the Match. Chris and his family were honored at Saturday’s match against Charlotte FC on April 8.
Chris has been with RSL since the beginning dating all the way back to 2005, and immediately fell in love with the atmosphere of the Riot.
“When we went to our first game, what we were really attracted to originally was the atmosphere,” said Fessler. “The fans, the cheering, the team, all coming together, it had us hooked.”
The atmosphere was enough to get the entire family hooked as well. Coming from a baseball family, Chris never expected everyone to get so involved and love it so much.
“One word I would use to describe RSL is family,” Fessler said.
“Over the years our section has become a little family at home games. We all look forward to coming together during game days to cheer on the guys.”
