The new RSL Elite Development Program is being initiated in 2025 with two clear objectives:
(1) Identification
(2) Development. We intend to identify the top up-and-coming young players and encourage all age-eligible players to come and try out.Once identified, the program will include 12 training sessions led by Real Salt Lake’s MLS Next Academy Coaches and other former MLS professional players.The focus of these sessions will be clear: technical development of the top pre-academy-aged Utah talent.The program will have four eligible and separate birth years: 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014.Tryout Dates will be February 1st and 2nd, and the program will run for ten weeks.Location: Zions Bank Real Academy Training CenterTryout Fee: $100
Training Fee (12 Sessions): $700 Only for players who will participate in the program. (Financial assistance is available)Training sessions will be on Sunday evenings.This tryout is only open for players who live in Utah, Nevada, and Arizona.
