Pups at the Pitch night is back! While the Real Monarchs are hosting Rio Grande Valley FC FC at Zions Bank Stadium on August 4, all dogs are welcome to join in on the fun. Planning to bring your dog to the match? Please read below for FAQs.
How much does it cost to take my dog to the game?
Humans cost $10 and dogs cost $10.
What time do we arrive for the game?
Gates open at 7:00 p.m. Kickoff is at 8:00 p.m.
How do I get myself and my dog into the stadium?
There is a separate entrance next to the front gate.
What happens at check-in?
You will sign a waiver and we will give your dog a free Monarchs fetch toy.
Are pet donations welcome?
Yes please. We welcome donations of leashes, pet toys, Nylabones, canned food, soft dog treats and cat treats. All items will be donated to Salt Lake County Animal Services.
Does my dog have to be on a leash?
Yes, at all times.
Is there a dog-sitting area?
No, you are responsible for your dog at all times.
How do I take care of my dog at the stadium?
Located behind sections 30 and 31, there will be a shaded area of grass for your dog’s relief with bags provided and a water station.
How do you handle the seating?
All dogs with humans seated separately in Sections 30 and 31.
How do I get to my seat?
You will be directed around the back of the East Stands and will enter underneath through the South East tunnel.
Are there areas where my dog is not welcome?
There will be signs directing dogs into certain areas along the South End of the stadium.
Can dogs go on the field?
Absolutely not.
Besides the game, what do you have that’s fun for me and my dog?
Concessions, merchandise and a Rocky Mountain Photo Booth behind the South Goal.
Will photos of my dog and I be used in future marketing?
Photographers will be at the match capturing photos and some may be used in future marketing.
